Cooksley Red Angus is located in the sandhills of North Central Nebraska.  Our cattle are bred and selected to grow and perform in a commercial environment.  We strive for moderate frame cattle (5.5-6.0) that are easy fleshing, but that can also perform in the feedlot.  We also require cows breed in a 45 day season and that they do so while raising a calf that is better that our average commercial calf.  Our biggest bull customer is our commercial cow herd.  Since we use our own home raised bulls you can get a glimpse of what our bulls can for you.  Visitors are always welcome.
